Do you recover vans or larger vehicles?

No. Our recovery service is limited to passenger vehicles within the VW Group range, such as Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT and Skoda cars. We do not currently offer recovery for vans, commercial vehicles, or larger models such as Caravelles or Transporters.

Can you collect my car from home?

Yes. If your car will not start or is unsafe to drive, we can arrange collection directly from your home. Our recovery service covers Swindon and Wiltshire, and we will transport your vehicle securely back to our workshop for inspection and repair.

Do you offer roadside repairs?

No. We do not carry out repairs at the roadside. Instead, our focus is on safe and efficient transportation to our workshop, where our technicians have access to full dealer-level diagnostic tools and equipment. This ensures we can properly assess and fix the problem in a controlled environment.

Is recovery available after a track day?
